We issue account credits (not card refunds) for clearly invalid or unreachable leads and a few objective cases (e.g., duplicate or confirmed appointment no-show)—with evidence. Normal sales outcomes are not refundable. ;
When we credit a lead
Wrong/invalid contact info (bad/disconnected number, wrong person).;
Unreachable (no response): you started outreach within 24h of delivery and got no reply by day 5. Minimum outreach: 5 calls (≥2 hours apart) + 1 SMS (+ 1 email if provided).;
Duplicate lead (from us): same homeowner/job previously purchased from our platform.;
Confirmed appointment no-show: appointment was explicitly confirmed; you attempted contact at the scheduled time, waited ≥15 min, and documented attempts.;
> Form of refund: Account credits applied to future charges.;
When we don’t credit
Examples of valid, contactable leads where outcomes vary: pricing/financing/materials/timing disagreements; they chose another contractor; no written/recorded confirmation before a missed meeting; slow or missed follow-up; outside the dispute window; situations outside our control (weather, access/HOA, budget).;
Evidence you must attach
Call logs (timestamps/durations) and recordings if available
SMS transcripts/screenshots (show content + timestamp)
Email attempt (sent-folder/CRM log, if email provided)
For no-shows: the appointment confirmation + proof you tried at the scheduled time (e.g., call attempt, timestamped photo/GPS);
How to request & timelines
Where: submit in-app from the lead page (or open a support ticket with the lead link).;
Deadline: submit within \[X] calendar days of delivery. (Set your number before publishing.);
Decision time: we review and decide within 3–7 business days.;
Quick examples
Credit-eligible: disconnected number; 5 calls + 1 text (+1 email if provided) within 48h and no reply by day 5; duplicate; confirmed no-show with proof.;
Not credit-eligible: reached the owner but couldn’t agree on price/materials/timing; they replied then canceled; only 1 call made; meeting never formally confirmed.;
