Smart number now plays a short notice—“This call is being recorded.”—at the start of every call for both new and existing leads. The purpose is to make refunds easier right now and to enable an upcoming auto-refund system so you won’t need to send any proof or materials; we’ll verify from the recording and process the refund immediately when criteria are met.
This change was requested by many clients who wanted a faster, simpler refund experience without submitting screenshots or call evidence. With recordings, our team can confirm issues quickly and reduce back-and-forth. You can access your call recordings in MyCRM whenever you need them, making it easier to review outcomes and share context within your team.
In the near future, we’ll introduce a Call Analyzer to help you review and summarize conversations, highlight key moments, and further streamline resolution. Until then, your recordings remain securely available in MyCRM to support faster decisions and refund processing.
