How Virtual Numbers Work

Each lead will now include two clearly defined phone numbers:

1. Phone Number (for calls): This is a substitute routing number displayed in the lead details. Clients must call this number exclusively to be eligible for our refund policy. All calls to this number are automatically tracked by our system to verify contact attempts.

2. SMS Phone Number (for messages): This dedicated SMS number is designed specifically for text messaging. Clients are strongly recommended to use this number exclusively for SMS communications to maximize their chances of contacting the seller efficiently.

Refund Policy and Call Tracking

By calling the designated routing number provided (substitute number), clients no longer need to submit call attempts as proof for refund eligibility.

Our system will track the number of call attempts made automatically, ensuring transparency and fairness.

Calls made to any other numbers, including the seller’s actual phone number, may not be eligible for consideration under the refund policy.

To ensure eligibility for refunds:

Calls: Only call the substitute routing number displayed next to the seller's real number.

SMS: Send messages only to the dedicated SMS phone number.
