The bonus balance can be used to purchase Sale leads. At the same time, the lead purchased with the bonus balance cannot be refunded as per our Refund Policy. 


Additionally, the bonus balance has an expiration period and disappears by the end of it. If you wish to renew the lost funds contact our Support Team, so that we can proceed with the necessary actions and look into the possibility of renewing the bonus balance.
