Bring PPE, ladder, chalk, tarp, sample shingles, and a tablet with your proposal/financing app.
During the inspection

Options: repair vs. replacement, materials, timelines. Avoid jargon.
Presenting the proposal
Show Good / Better / Best on a tablet with side-by-side photos.
Summarize warranty and any financing in one sentence each.
Anchor on protection + timeline, not just price.
Closing language (ethical & simple)
“Given what we found here, the Better option protects you best and keeps the timeline tight. We can start {{date}}—does that work?”
If they hesitate: “What’s the one thing holding you back?”
After the yes

Send a prep checklist (vehicle move, pets/kids, HOA notice).
