Cadence
Day 0 (same day): Send photo report + summary (plain English).
Day 1: Call to review options; offer Good/Better/Best.
Day 3: SMS: “Any questions about the report? Ready to pick a day?”
Day 7: Email: financing & warranty one-pager.
Day 14: Final check-in; then move to quarterly nurture.
Tips
Always attach before/after photos in proposals.
Ask: “What’s the one thing holding you back?”
If insurance is involved, offer to document (no legal/insurance advice).
