1) Account & team
Add team members; set notifications (email/SMS).
Define roles: Triage, Estimator, Ops/Install.
2) Territories & caps
Select ZIPs/states, set daily caps, and choose delivery hours.
Start moderate; increase after first week once contact rate is stable.
3) Delivery & CRM
Choose delivery: email, SMS, webhook/API (or all).
Map fields in your CRM (name, phone, address, roof_type, damage_type, timestamp, consent).
4) Scripts & cadence
Load Day 0–3 cadence and copy SMS/voicemail scripts.
Train on objection handling (price, insurance, timing).
5) QA & go-live
Test a sample lead to each delivery path.
Confirm first-call SLA alert (e.g., notify if not called within 15 minutes).
